Teams registration is opened at XXVIII international festival of KVN teams "KiViN-2017". Festival will be held from 10th to 23th of January 2017 in Sochi. For a long time the festival of KVN took place in "Zhemchuzhina", but 2015 year was an exception, when festival moved. On the 7th of October, during the second semi-final of Higher League Alexandr Vasilyevich Maslyakov announced the dates of the festival and said that "KiViN 2017" returns to its favorite place – Grand Hotel "Zhemchuzhina".
