14-th festival "Barkhatny chanson" was held in Sochi from 19 to 25 September 2016 and has become one of the main events of the beginning of the season. All previous 13 years the "Barkhatny chanson" was held abroad — in Turkey, Spain, Greece — and only in 2016 for the first time was held in Russia.
